■ TCC was founded Oct.1986,and the capital amount is NTD500,000.Main products were oil-soluble dyes and     spring direct dyes.

■ In 1971,the benzidine was suspected as a carcinoen in Japan and western countries,so the productions of     direct dyes were ceased in many countries.We also stopped manufacturing direct dyes for employees'health.

■ In 1972,capital was increased to be NTD3,000,000.We changed our production lines to manufacture inorganic     pigments-Chrome Yellow&Molybolated Red.

■ In1974,capital was incredased to be NTD8,000,000.We started to produce stabilizers used for PVC plastics     and set up the first air bath machine in Taiwan.

■ IN 1976,capital was increased to be NTD20,000,000.Our plant area factory were expanded in the year.We     were successful to develop Fluorescent Pink Pigment which was popular in the domestic market and also     exported to Japan and southeastern countries in Asia.

■ IN 1978,capital was increased to be NTD36,000,000.We built the first wastewater treatment facility in     Taiwan,and had a cooperation with Japan company-TOHO GRNRYO KOGYO CO.,LTD.to manufacture antirust
    pigments.

■ IN 1983,to raise our quality for future operation,and make better environmental protections, we set up one 
    more facility for wastewater treatment. Our production lines were redesigned and cooperate with T.G.K.again
    to produce superior Chrome Yellow&superior Molybdate Red which are able to resist light,heat,acid and
    alkaline.

■ IN 1994,capital was increase to be NTD65,000,000.New automatic equipments were used. Employees were     decreased from 108 to 80,but quality and quantity of productions were improved.

■ IN 1997,we were successful to develop non-toxic Stabilizers,and an exclusive plant was built formanufacturing     non-lead products.

■ IN 1998,in order to serve more large customer's need ,establish foreign trade and other petrochemistry     additive a subsidiary,and has already actively planned the matter of investing into China.

■ IN 1998,to supply volume of clients,a trading branding branch-T.T.Corp.for mandfacturing plasticize addittives     was set up in 1998.An investment in China Mainland are also in plan this year.

■ IN 1999,the investment establishes the incorporated company of Taise Chemicals（Shenzhen）
    In order to be in line with nations.

■ IN 2001,matches green environmental protection trend,aggressive programming and development,calcium,zinc
    series product. IN 2004,The investment is Viet Huu Chemical Joint venture company,and establish service base
    and factory in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong province.

■ IN 2004,estalish Jin XinChemicals(SHenzhen)Co.,Ltd.introduce a modern stybe equipment, move forward     toward the low pollution industry.

■ IN 2008,capital will increase to 120,000,000 dollars,for head into 40 years to make preparation. 40     anniversary of TCC ,will be held in Oct,2008,and our edeavor will bring a prosperity.
